The hotel is built in 1980 for the Olympic regatta, held in Tallinn. Located on the seashore 5 km from the prime center, 1 km. to the long sandy beach. The hotel building iremains catamaran-type ship and is under heritage protection because of the Olympic history, the unique unfinished concrete construction and the numerous details of architectural and internal design. A new restaurant with a magnificent view and a new wellness department will be opened in July 2007. Re-opened as a health spa in 2003.
